Delivery
Delivered means verified

Moving a card to “Done” is not delivery. A short verification step makes outcomes trustworthy.
Partners finish work, teams move cards, and requesters discover the problem a week later. The gap is verification.
Test against acceptance criteria
Agree the criteria before the work starts. Test each one, record the result, and send failed items back with a clear note.
Register the deployment
Write down when and how a change went live. It takes a minute and answers the question everyone asks later: “when did this change?”
Keep history, even when reopening
If a delivery turns out to be wrong, reopen it — but never erase what happened before. History is how you learn.
